    These new M1 chips are crazy powerful. And now that they share the same language as iOS apps (they can be run natively), you could theoretically run Minecraft bedrock OR Minecraft java on macOS. I would love to see a dedicated bedrock server come to macOS. Please make this happen!

    Absolutely this! Furthermore, Education edition is based on Bedrock edition and it's also available for macOS, so why macOS users have only the Java (poor performances) option?

    I can't stand Java pvp, but want the newer features of Minecraft, and I am familiar with Bedrock red stone. I just got a Mac and would really like to play my favorite game on it!

    I know they let iOS apps run on the Mac now so like cummoooon, they literally have tags in the store for it. just bring it on over red rover

    how you all expect to have a community on mac if you don't bring bedrock to mac?
