Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Removing potion effects, but on other players

It's an item that can be thrown, like a snowball or potion, that lowers the effect of potions on other players. However straight up removing the effect would be a tad overpowered. Opponent has strength 2? Dial it down a little
