Copper blocks, tools and armour oxidate quicker when wet

If copper can be made into tools and armour it'd be great if it goes green quicker if it gets wet (from rain, being submerged etc.). The tools and armour would only do this if held/worn and if a piece of armour isn't submerged then it won't rust as fast as pieces that are (boots in streams of water compared to a helmet for example).
