Port the latest Java Minecraft Launcher to the Raspberry Pi

There are a lot of gamers playing Minecraft on the Raspberry Pi using the legacy 1.6.93 launcher. I believe the legacy launcher will not work with the new Microsoft Accounts being enforced.

Please can the latest Minecraft Launcher be ported to the Raspberry Pi.

    Yes, please port it. I installed the Minecraft Pi Launcher on my RPi 4 to play it when i'm in the holiday or somewhere else, if I have no access to my main computer, and now it's getting removed! Thanks in advance for porting it, otherwise a community around it will die.

    Just bought  Minecraft Java because we thought it would give us a login for the version we loaded on our RPi .... please provide a way for us to use the software that we paid for!  Thanks in advance for yout consideration...

    Yess this would be brilliant I personally love the raspberry pi and I know there are lots of ways to make it run minecraft Java but they all require an old account I bought an account yesterday and was sad to find I wouldn’t be able to log in I hope this goes through because I would love to be able to play minecraft Java as a rpi is the only computer that I have

    Yeah the raspberry pi is getting higher performance but still not the enough to play java edition might work on 60 FPS but you must install optifine which is not authorised by Minecraft
    updating pi edition and letting it have servers would be much better

    Yes, please.  I would like for my son to be able to use the JAVA system, but the only PC he has access to is the Raspberry PI 400.

    Pleas mojang if you see this add support for ms accounts i purchased minecraft specifficly for a raspbery pi, i was very sad when i heard that tere was no support for ms accounts.

    There is a large amount of users that use raspberry pi's to run small dedicated minecraft servers. If left not ported, may leave both the launcher and servers useless to this large quantity of users. Please port the new launcher for the Rasbian operating system, both the 32 bit version and 64 bit.
