We need more types of fish in Minecraft. I love making fish tanks in my survival base but it is bit boring with just the four types of fish. It would be neat to have more types of fish that look and act different and to give more variation to the fish you find in the waters. it would also be nice if some of these fish were Made-up types of fish as most life in the Minecraft oceans are animals that exist in real life.
Real Fish:
Catfish - Cat fishes could be either as small as cod or larger than the player and it would be fun to try and find the big ones. They would spawn in the waters ned jungles.
Piranha - Will attack the player and any other mobs. Would also spawn in jungles.
Tuna - These fish would spawn in cold oceans but they would spawn very rarely to signify how they are endangered.
Bass - Would spawn in rivers, ponds, and lakes.
Electric Eel - Would spawn in coral reefs. Would be neutral at first but would attack players that provoke it. Maybe its electricity could be used to power red stone, or use to turn a creeper into a charged creeper.
Angler fish - would try to eat other fish ad the player. Spawns in deep parts of the ocean, maybe even in the new under ground lakes that will be coming in the caves and cliffs update.
Fantasy Fish:
Skeleton Fish - Spawns when a cod fish is struck by lightning.
Nether Fish - A peaceful mob that spawns in the nether's lava lakes. It would be rife resistant but could also live in a water tank in your base.
