Skulk Detectors, Carpets and the Floor

Alright so it's a simple, and I feel pretty intuitive, request.
 
But if you walk on carpet or wool, the Skulk shouldn't be able to pick up your walking whether you're crouched or not. And I know the Sensor is still new, but I feel like this interaction just kinda makes sense. On top of that, this interaction would be actively helpful. Because walking makes a lot of these Step Events, and it always absolutely floods the Skulk with them which makes the Skulk not only really noisy but also annoying to use, because it's too busy hearing footsteps instead of the noise you want.

So, TL;DR:
It makes sense, and would be really nice, if the Skulk Sensor couldn't pick up footsteps when you're walking on Wool or Carpet. I don't know if this was already planned but it's a nice intuitive extrapolation of the Wool Eclusion system.

  Jumping in early, because I realized this is asking for more than I thought. The effect of wool being used in this way implies that other vibrations would ALSO be secluded. Such as, if you hit a wool block with a projectile then the "Projectile Landing" event wouldn't happen under the same logical extensions.

  That's, a touch more than I was originally thinking. But still also makes intuitive sense. And so I'm probably going to ask this also be considered with the original topic of the post.
