add the locate biome command for bedrock

if you play on bedrock you know how annoying it is to find a certain biome.  it is should've been on bedrock when the locate biome command was added on java edition snapshot

    I still use java for this reason. I use locate biomes to quickly make landscapes references for my D&D players

    I am ordinary player and I love bedrock, but would really really like and use a locate biome command. I never enable cheats though. Ps have all achievements just doing it on my own.

    No it should require cheats just like /locate for a structure
