Fix the fantom blocks after 4.1 million coordinates in bedrock

There is only 10% of world in minecraft bedrock can be used. BUT, What is worse, lags starts MUCH earlier, you can notice some lags on 500k, on 1 millon it becomes uncomfortable to play!!! This fact is really bad for big servers where players should go far away from spawn to build a base. Even in single player mode if you like to travel you can get this far.
