New block: writing table

Writing table. Now you can transfer enchants from items to books. Crafts with anvil with book shelves located in a cross. If you want to transfer only one enchant, you must spend 3lvls. Two - 5lvls. Three - 10lvls. Four - 16lvls. Five - 24lvls. Six - 30lvls. Each next level of enchantment increases the number of spent levels by one. For example if you have sword with sharpness 1, you spend 3lvls. But if sharpness is 2, you spend 4lvls. Another example. You have sword with sharpness 3, looting 2, fire aspect and unbreaking 4, you spend 23lvls. As soon as you use it 20 times, it can transfer only enchants without curses
