Improve java performance

After 1.13, Minecraft java edition has been really laggy and now the recommended graphics card to run it is the gtx 1650. I think there might be that the rendering has changed as that happens when you improve a game. But still 1.9 didn't do this, 1.12 didn't do this, 1.10 didn't do it. But one of the biggest updates of Minecraft did? Can you please fix the performance issue though.
