Disabled enchantaments

When i was walking in my survival with my netherite boots, i have a lot off problems with frost walker, because the ice sometimes got problems, i love these enchantament, but if in the game you can craft a block to disabled an enabled enchantaments? Enabeld and Dissabeld cost XP. (because is a broken idea). This idea is necessary in the game. Please Mojang Studios, make this for he 1.17 thanks :)
