Make Sculk sensor static while in the hotbar/inventory

Unless I forgot about one, no item in the game is animated while in the inventory, except for enchanted ones. It just looks weird for the sculk sensor to be animated while it's in the hotbar and every other item is static. It's a small nitpick but bothers me slightly

  Items aren’t animated without texture packs but blocks are, Magma blocks and sea lanterns are a few blocks that are animated in your hot bar (even though it’s barely noticeable) so it makes sense for sculk sensors to be animated too,
