An elder scrolls morrowind esque class creation system

When a player starts or joins a world,an class maker npc would appear giving the player a questionnaire, the player would fill it out to become a certain class, for example becoming a courier would require the player to deliver a package to another player or village and the player would be paid a small amount of emeralds for successful delivery.
