Nether wart block

Please make the nether wart blocks and warped wart blocks decay like over world trees. It's really annoying, I grow them in the overworld, they never decay so I usually leave the wart blocks floating because I'm lazy, and it's annoying to use the hoe to gather every single block to make my world not look ugly

    They could maybe also have a chance to drop their respective fungus type.
