    AlphaTron840, there are lots of ways to detect lots of things. Skulk sensors would be even better if they could sense trees growing. It gives redstone more versatility.

     AlphaTron840 sry I don't think I made it clear. It's just logic when they react to everything that makes small vibration that it should also react to that. (At least to sugar cane, bambus and trees) cause you can't argue with me that that doesn't vibrate when a tree shoots out of dirt in comparision to me walking

    Andrew Wright, i get ya, however i feel like if you add too much to the sculk sensors including things from the observer it will just make the observer redundant

    if the last stage has a specific frequency, you could automatically pour water from the dispenser to harvest them all.
