A New Kind Of Portal

Hello Mojang! Can you make a new portal that can teleport you across one dimension, and its made out of endstone? Also that you can name a pair so that one of the portals only travels to the other? And that its structure is like a Nether Portal?

For  example: 

of you name a pair A, the first A will teleport you to the second A or vise versa.
