Adrenaline/Quickness Potion

The Adrenaline/Quickness/Hand Speed Potion would be a single effect potion that would increase a player's attack/use speed for a certain period of time. This includes:

- Melee Attacks;
- Consumables, like potions and food;
- Reloading bow/crossbow;
- Shield delay;
- Ender pearls/snowballs delays;

This potion could be found in some dungeons, from villager trades or witch drops. It would be brewed using a golden beetroot (can be anything, honestly).

Witches would occasionaly drink these potions to throw splash potions more frequently.

If corrupted with a fermented spider eye, it would turn to a Tiring/Slow Hand/Fatigue potion, which would that the exact opposite.
