"Night Optics" Enchant for spyglass

The idea is to add a new enchantment for the spyglass called "Night Optics"

This enchantment would apply a night vision effect while looking through the spyglass, and drastically reduce how far it zooms in, from 1/10th of your FOV to 1/5. This would provide quick vision during the night, and add more use to the spyglass, because as of right now I do not see myself using it.

It would be a treasure enchantment that is found in dungeons, mineshafts, and strongholds, and only be applied with an anvil. The spyglass would not be able to be enchanted in an enchantment table (Unless more enchants were added)
