Seeding Crystal

I remembered from our science class with the sugar crystal experiment. We have to use a seeding crystal to encourage a crystal growth on the surface you want it to grow as opposed to leaving it alone. So, why not add seeding crystals. Crafting this is unique as you have to use the Amethyst Shard on a Smithing Table to basically pulverize it. Yielding 4 seeding crystals. To use it, place it on an empty side of the Budding Amethyst block and leave it there. That will increase the growth time of the crystals but at a cost of potential yield as it took up space. At least, that's my idea.
