Lightning rod recipe update

It turns redstone on so i think its recipe should be 2 copper and on redstone in bottom

  Maybe. I think unless they add some other recipe for an  item that you'd want to have a lot of, that requires mass amounts of copper or something like that, they should at least make the lighting rod a bit more expensive.
