Arrows that give the frost burn effect!

Since powdered snow gives the all new freezing effect, you should be able to add this to arrows for more fun in combat. There are two ways to achieve this: 1- the freezing enchantment for bows (like flame but the opposite) where all arrows fired inflict freezing damage and the higher the power of the enchantment the more damage it should do. 2- instead of an enchantment you could right click arrows on a cauldron filled with powdered snow to get a sort of tipped arrow that inflicts the freezing effect. This affect should damage nether mobs more than other mobs.

  you could also have bottles of snow.

  it would act like a potion but not be called a potion

  there should also be a new kind of fire: the frost fire which is a cold cyan fire that gives instant frost damage.
