  The Goat Horn could naturally repel mobs like the Ravager yell. There could be a Ravager Horn that does the same except it is just as powerful as the yell

  Goat Horns could also have an enchantment that does this

  I'm pretty sure potions don't usually do the same thing as enchantments, and there is already an enchantment for this.

  Zombeive234 the effects could stack. but i think that cranzag's idea is better, something to repel nearby monsters.
