New Npc and enchant

I have a sugestion for adding to the game new NPC called "The Lost Miner" it can be found in  mineshafts and he will

sell pickaxe's with enchants like efficency or fortune. Also on pickaxe,s buyed from him we will see enchant called hot touch wich makes mined ores into ingots . It will be realy usefull beacoause you don't have to waste your time on smelting iron , gold or ancient debris
