Existing problem: Sculk Sensors present a problem in which even if you filter the signal strength they give the sculk sensor itself still triggers by any other vibration such as nearby walking players, blocks being placed and broken, etc. Leaving the Sculk Sensor unusable for it's intended purpose in the contraption until it turns back off. This can somewhat be worked around by isolating the thing in all directions but the one you need, however this isn't ideal.
Possible solution: When a Sculk Sensor is powered by a redstone signal it won't pick up weak common sounds such as someone walking, water flowing, block placing and breaking and so on, but will only pick up sounds such as doors opening, pistons activating, noteblocks, etc.
