Narwals (ocean mob)

I think they would be a cool addition for the cold and frozen oceans. The developers could also change its appearance a bit to make it more unique to MInecraft

    Narwhals should be able to use their tusks to break ice to breath, and should also live in pods. Sometimes the narwhals would duel each other with their tusks, but would deal no damage. What if they are neutral mobs instead of passive? That would be nice.
