Soundless Blocks

As of the new block, the sculk sensor, I have come up with a new block idea called, the soundless block.
This would stop sculk sensors sensing your footsteps or sounds around you, making redstone contraptions such as traps and piston doors easy to make with sculk sensors

Although this would be a very useful thing, I think it should come at a high price, for instance:
One amythest block surrounded by (your block of choice), or in a smithing table combine your block with an amythest block.

Additionally, It would also be helpful to data pack creators and command block engineers if there was a new property to give to blocks such as: can be sensed by skulk sensors.
