Showcased in Minecon Live were, among other things, a dirt-like block with the appearance of roots throughout it, and a hanging root block. Currently, these are speculated as being called Azalea Root Block and Hanging Azalea Root Block. Personally, I strongly believe that the names should be the more generic Root Block and Hanging Root Block. The reason for this would be that all trees have roots found in the soil, but it would be pointless to try and make different textures for all the different tree roots, one generic texture is quite enough in this regard. This is closely related to another point of mine, which is that all trees should bare a small deposit of root block under their base, just enough to show that they do have roots in the soil, and to maybe make mining at the surface of/farming in forests slightly more difficult, as in real life. The hanging root block would only be named generically so as to avoid confusion from specific roots stemming from generic root block, and would still only generate as part of the lush caves/azalea tree.
