Double the redstone strength for the sculk sensor
It doesn't seem a good idea to pack all possible events of the sculk sensor into 15 levels because one event might trigger a contraption designed for another event. We might even be missing some detections because of this limit, like jumping, launching a firework and tweaking repeaters and comparators. It would also be a huge problem to update the sculker with another detection mechanism as 15 levels becomes more and more crowded, so I think minecraft should expand the strength of the redstone signal to 30 so all events of the sculk are sure to have an appropriate level to it. It might break redstone in previous worlds so a gamerule to remain at strength 15 would be nice.
