Floating Lanterns

Allow for candles to be crafted into floating lanterns, with different numbers of candles per lantern ranging from one to four.

One candle would create a lantern with negative buoyancy that could be dropped down deep caves like a flare.

Two candles would create a lantern with neutral buoyancy that would float in place.

Three candles would create a lantern with neutral buoyancy that would float about randomly.

Four candles would create a lantern with positive buoyancy that would rise as high as it could, to illuminate cave shafts from below or to send into the sky.

This would both allow another use for candles and create a new tool for cave exploration.
