Hello! I think making the newly added sculk sensors as dynamic as possible is ideal, and if it travels a certain percentage faster in water, that could make all kinds of new sculk contraptions possible.
For example, maybe you need a signal to travel from one sensor to another in a certain amount of time, but want to make it as compact as possible, or only have a limited amount of space. Use the water speed up mechanic, and this could be a solution to this.
As a bonus, it also makes sense! Sound and vibrations travel faster in denser mediums, and water is far denser. In fact, sound travels over 4 times faster in water than in air!
I'm sure if this is added, redstoners and the like will find plenty more opportunities to make cool contraptions with this.
