Sculk Sensors Should Ignore Cats and Phantoms

Since cats have the ability to crawl and phantoms are a very quiet and flap slowly, it would make sense for them to be ignored by sculk sensors. The sculk sensors would not ignore the cat when it is running.

  It doesn't really make sense in my opinion. Sculk sensors detect motion, not sound.

  I should still detect cats and phantom because it’s vibrations that the skulk sensor detects and not the sound
