Mob vote snapshot

Add a snapshot that adds all the mobs that lost the mob vote into minecraft. This would include the winners of the previous ones. Like this, people would get a chance to see and interact with those mob without mods.

    This could even help with decreasing the amount of people begging for those mob to get added, or another revote. xD

    I at first went for the moobloom if i could vote the the illiger type mob because of the clifs

    but i dont have twitter so i could not vote

    No. It would take time away from what really matters, getting 1.17 out.
