Villagers Floating and Disappearing

Ever since I updated to 1.16.100 on my Nintendo Switch, every night my villagers would get in their beds, and then start flying around the world in a sleeping position.

Other times, the villagers just disappear, but when I leave the world and return, they're right where they belong.
