new boots enchantments

there shold be a enchantment for boots that can make it so that you can walk on powdered snow.

  I feel like this would completely take away the point of leather boots. And let's be honest, would you ever even use leather in any other case? Or would you go straight to iron?

  I agree, but it should be mutually exclusive to Depth strider, Frost walker and soul speed
