Female heads

I have a world where I use manicans as people in the world and it sucks that all of them have to be men I would love to atleast have one female head so I can make girls to especially cause I do celebrities and I have Janine melnitz in my ghostbusters headquarters and she has to be a dude 😭 and a lot other people that should have a female head please do this for us atleast one female head even if it's Alex it's better that none at all
