Let Bedrock players build on top of the nether

Nether ceiling is such a great place to build something in creative or if you somehow got there in survival. It’s a pity that only java edition has this feature.

    As much as I would love to see this (mostly for portal travel), I'm pretty confident that the developers did not intend the ceiling to be explorable or accessible.
