skulk generation and dripstone

Skulk should generate underground even tho the caves havent changed, and dripstone caves should generate because this locks people out of achivements due to it being a valid biome.

    lmao, it´s a snapshot, they will add the biomes in a future snapshot, don´t put pressure on them
