New mountain weather: Air streams

Air streams would occur sometimes in cliff canyon like areas and would lightly push players and items in a certain direction.

The wind would give players slightly longer jumps riding the stream but also put them at risk of being pushed off the edge of a cliff going against it.

Wearing any type of boot stronger than leather will give you resistance from the wind.

This weather could create some cool challenges for players exploring the cliffs and it would be cool to see in parkour and elytra games.

  Certain blocks like water and plants could have animations to indicate which way the wind is blowing
