Pilotable Airship

An airship the player can steer. It is slower than flying with Elytra but it can carry 2 people and has a chest for storing items. The Draeton from the Betweenlands mod is a perfect example of the airship I have in mind, I believe something like that fits very well into Minecraft and is very vanilla friendly.

    That sounds pretty cool. It would help fill a specific niche in the game. With the 1.18 terrain you could find some really great views! Maybe it could be a living plant that recharges itself through sunlight? Or maybe a large shulker-box looking contraption that you would power with a resource. Elytra are fast but you don't have extra storage space and are usually obtained in the end-game. We need something that covers the other side of that and is mid-game and is for more relaxing/utility transport.
