More Geode minerals

The amethyst geode is a great addition to the C&C update, but there should be more minerals for individual geodes, for example: a quartz geode or a citrine geode.

    Citrine could also be made by heat treating amethyst in an oven. Maybe Citrine and quartz geodes could generate in the Nether. Or citrine geodes could generate deeper in the overworld than amethyst geodes.
