It's an enchant for axes that goes to level 4. Level 1 enchant would allow a 1x1 area up to 10 blocks in height. Level 2 would allow 1x1 but up to 20 blocks high. Level 3 would be 2x2 up to 30 blocks. Level 4 would be 2x2 up to 40 blocks. This does affect the durability depending on how many blocks are broken. This enchant allows you to only break any type of log/stripped log, not planks.
