Making Skulk Sensors MORE useful

I think the skulk sensor is super cool, but has 1 flaw that bugs me, it can only accept 1 signal at a time and is stuck at that signal until it turns off. If it can remain on until vibrations stop and change if a new vibration is heard, then the skulk sensor can be used to detect certain sound all the times, and it can't break if you walked up to it first.
