goat horn instrument

to turn the goat horn into an instrument we need a way to easily change the pitch and make it a continuous sound that stops when you release right click and continues when you are holding it and it all needs to fit minecrafts style. i came up with this

the goat horn will change pitch based on how high you are looking in game so looking up at the sky is the highest pitch and the ground is the lowest. when the player crouches the horn plays louder or maybe the sound is different? this along with note blocks would be amazing and just as people have mastered note blocks as a instrument, they will master the goat horn instrument.

  and if the devs have some other functionality in mind you can either make it so you have to craft it into an instrument or crouching is the instrument and the other function is when not crouching

  maybe the block your standing on also changes the sound
