Locking Swords

When 2 players/mobs have a sword of equal power they can lock swords meaning they block the attack but also decrease the durability of both swords. Also, if a sword of less power is locked swords with - for example -  a netherite sword the weaker weapon's durability will decrease greatly. The length the swords are locked depends on how powerful the weapon(s) are, Netherite and diamond weapons would be about 1 second, gold and stone would be half of that, and wood would be the same.
