The ancient floating caverns

This caves will generate very low in the world and should have pieces of an unique stone that glows randomly but will always glow in new moons once one block glow it the entire cavern will glow and phisic rules will get... strange: you will be able to  glide freely with an elytra (if you look up you fly up) and without it you will be pulled up 2 or 3 seconds and then you will get the feather falling effect. after this event happens you will suddenly be moved to the nearest rock plataform and get the blindness effect and then you'll be able to get ancient shards (maybe you can come up with a cool use) I thinked of this "event" to have a feeling of being in an ancient world.
