Copper should oxidize faster when its touching water

As rusty copper is a really nice looking block, its not cool having to wait so long to get it, thats why, as in real life, it would be cool if copper oxidized faster when its touching a water block, either a source or flowing water.

i think this would be a really nice feature for builders to get this nice looking block and it would also make it easier and faster to farm it, feels balanced and makes sense so i'd be really happy if this got added.

    If it could detect a humidity variable, like in swamps vs deserts, that could be interesting too.
