remove universal moderation

this universal moderation is broken and will be exploited easily, why should Mojang decide what friends on their own realm should say or act? fewer people are going to pay for realm now, Mojang has basically shot themself in the foot.

I know u guys are trying to keep the community safe and keep your guidelines enforced but this just makes it scarier for people on bedrock edition realms, to have your messages viewed on and possibly get banned for the slightest offense, what if its a friend realm? You're not allowed the act the way you want to with your friends? 

and could you guys just clarify on what specific versions of Minecraft this even applies? can this apply to Java as well? It says "featured servers" what is that supposed to mean? if so then you're just getting realm subscription canceled, I know Microsoft won't like that.

    Probably anything where we can talk/text to each other is considered a social platform and in the U.S. in 2020 a law was passed that stops the protections that "social platforms" had before to not be liable about what is said on their platform. This means that Microsoft could potentially be sued if players are violating their online terms of service against another player and they do nothing about it. It's a recent law that, in my opinion, should definitely be repealed.

    Pretty sure that was shot down, actually. And it would have been a repeal to an existing law (Article 230), not new legislation.

    even tho this is on both editions and has for years, it needs to be removed (or toned down slightly)               ever wonder why every update we have people hanging on to the last? first it was 1.9 finding players stopped updating intentonally. then most likely 1.13 (phantom) 1.14 (texture changes and broken villagers)

    i think that no one had an issue with 1.15, 1.16, or 1.17. then the caves of 1.18 caused diamonds to be inflated faster than zimbabwe's economy. and now 1.19 is the farthest update so far that many wont update to. ever wonder why 2B2T never did so until now?

    They have a feature where you can turn filter profanity off.

     

    I tested the feature and got banned for a week.
