The Quiver Back Item (earned via Archer achievement) should be Functional

I was thinking it would be cool if the skin piece earned with the Archer achievement was functional.

    If quivers are added to Java Edition they could make it so arrows are first used inside the quiver in a certain order. Also, you should be able to pull the string back on the arrow and then scroll to choose which arrows to shoot
