Potion of Echolocation

The Bat has currently zero use in Minecraft so I thought it would be cool to give it a use. Upon killing a bat, they would drop Bat Ears and they can be used to brew a potion of Echolocation. Upon drinking, anything in a nearby radius that makes a noise would be given a Spectral arrow outline, allowing the player to see through walls if that entity had made a noise. The spectral outline effect would wear off when the entity stops making noises and or Echolocation wears off. I think it'd be cool if depending on how loud the noise (distance or volume) would define how transparent the effect is.

    At the very least, it would be cool if bats (as seen through spectator mode) saw everything as pitch black but when a sound is made all of the blocks (invisible or not) that are around the sound get a staticy texture and become visible. Dolphins could be the same way
