Wandering Trader Acheology interaction

Basically I am proposing a new use for the wondering trader, he would buy artifacts from the player.Things like the lonly shards could sell for about 12-16 emeralds and a full vase would be worth 30-112 emeralds, depending on how good/ acurate it is. The wondering trader could also sell the player maps to archeological sites.

 

Another thing that should be done is to incentivising players to not kill wondering traders, buy making so they take way longer to spawn if you kill one of them (like if they are avoiding you because they know you are dangerous)

  I like the idea of wandering traders selling maps to archaeological sites. This will make them easier to find in areas where you don't want to strip the entire area of dirt just for the chance of finding one. Selling artifacts is a bad idea, this will only make them more worthless. There are plenty of other ways to get emeralds, selling artifacts would never become worth your time. Clay shards will be rare unstackable items that the player should be encouraged to keep.
